Food/Care
-Kittens Current Diet:
Our kittens gradually introduce eating additional food from about one month old. Most of their diet is from Royal Canin, that are full nutrition and vitamins. Premium food, and some meat – chicken hearts and stomach, contains all kinds of vitamins and minerals, certified, digested by 90%, is created according to the size, age, activity of a cat/ kitten. Great for build and develop the muscles.
We recommend that owners keep a similar or better diet so they can maintain their beautiful health and coats, helps with the development and maintenance of the muscles in the neck, and for overall agility and health. If you fail to feed them with premium food, you can drastically cut down on the life span of your Siberians.
Do your own research though and come to your own conclusion on whether you want to give them anything raw/frozen or not. Boiled chicken and frozen beef are good too, for the same reasons.
-Care:
A few tips for the care and maintenance of a Siberian cat. Long, thick fur/wool and undersea is one of the distinctive features of this breed and it requires regular care. Kitten should be immediately accustomed to periodic brushing. At the same time, pay attention to the material from which the brush is made - when it is touching fur of your pet, it should not lead to the emergence of static electricity. The static has a negative effect on the cat's hair, hairs become brittle and easily fall out.
Our experiences with Bathing cats:
-Trim their nails before you give them bath!
-Put towels in the sink, pour warm water over it.
-Prepare shampoo on a small plate.
-Do not leave the water running while washing your cat.
-Prepare unfolded large towel nearby.
Some cats I can lean very close to and talk to them with calm voice, and they handle it ok. All cats are different, some of them I gently turn their face away from my face and arms, slowly lean with one of my shoulder very close to their heads and constantly talking to them, while allow them to fill some (constant and even) pressure on their shoulders to the sink. This trick will not work with scratching and bighting fellows😊, where you will need 2 people, long sleeves, and lots of calm talk!
-Litter box:
They are medium/large cats and will need your large size litter box.

…The next shedding season is autumn, when they shed their shorter and lighter summer coat to prepare for their thick, warm winter coat. You may need to comb or brush your Siberian cat daily during this period of heavy shedding. Males weigh between 17 and 26 lbs and females range in weight from 13 to 17 lbs. The Siberian cat breed is very healthy and can live 12 to 15 years or more.

=================================================================
If a misfortune has happened to the kitten, first of all, do not panic, get yourself together immediately. Be prepared in advance for the injured kitten to scratch and bite. This is not aggression, this is pain. Check if your kitten is breathing. If so, the normal breathing rate is 20-30 breaths per minute. Also check if the kitten has a pulse, for this put your hand on the inner side of the thigh - the norm is 120-140 beats per minute. If the kitten is unconscious, put it so that its head is higher than the hind legs and hanging on its side, free the kitten's tongue, otherwise it may sink into the larynx, if necessary, free the mouth and throat from foreign bodies. If there is bleeding, apply a pressure bandage. And call the vet, call home the kitten needs help immediately. Especially if the pulse is too fast or too weak, if the kitten's mouth is bleeding, if there is arterial bleeding (scarlet blood comes out in jerks). Explain the situation coherently and wait or take the baby to the clinic immediately!

Lifestyle
Preparation/Lifestyle:
Purchasing a kitten is an important decision for the owner. With the new addition to your family there are a few things to consider such as care, food, environment, and health.
First, you need to buy all the necessary cat accessories: litter box and filler, scratching posts and/or boards, dishes for food and drink, and some toys. Siberians have a large physique and a well-developed muscular build; they need to lead an active lifestyle.
It is very beneficial to have lots of climbing, jumping and high places for your cat to enjoy.
They are curious creatures and will watch and “supervise” you in your house, and so don’t be surprised when they start to copy your steps!
