• A. Select your kitten-

If at all possible, we recommend that you meet in person, so that it will be the right kitten for your expectations.

• B. Fill out Application/Contract-

Deposit must follow same or next day.

• C. Sending kitten Deposit-

Kitten only consider “Reserved” after we received signed agreement & deposit. From that time price will be locked and protected from increases, and be credited towards the final purchase price.

• D. Make your own transportation/delivery arrangements-

Delivery/handling kitten from the Cattery is full buyer’s responsibility. Please relay if your kitten will be flying. Check with your airline and delivery services for any additional medical requirements and it’s timings. We will need to have around several weeks for all vet’s appointment and Breed paperwork before their actual departure from the cattery.

• E. Pay final payment.

Final payments must be paid 2-3 weeks prior of kitten leaving our Cattery. We need extra time to do our final transfers of Vet’s and Pedigree’s docs before their departure cattery.

Steps for Cancelation of the contracts:

• In case you submitted contract and deposit but change your mind for this chosen litter and if pedigree and microchip was not filed with your personal info yet, we can move your deposit (one time) to the following litter.

• In case you submitted contract and deposit but decided not to buy at all we can release you from the obligation of the Contract to buy. Deposit will not be refundable under any circumstances.

Our rights to Sell:

-Owner of “Ropalo Siberian Cattery” have rights to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.

-Periodically Cattery will do a “First pick” for hold of a kitten to stay in our Cattery.

For newborn kittens:

After you decided on your favorite pet, reviewed and signed contract, we require to follow it up with a $600 deposit for each pet. It will reserve your chosen pet until appointed and agreed time by the cattery. Normally 2-3 weeks before pickup, we need balance due (minus paid deposit).

In case you submitted contract and deposit but change your mind for this litter and if pedigree and microchip was not filed with your personal info yet, we can move your deposit to the next litter, & you will be offered one more opportunity.

If you decided to not move or to buy at all, deposit is not refundable.

For older kittens:

If kittens already are 3 months old ..+ , we require a full payment & signed contract on the time of picking. Then, we change their status & schedule a pickup date.

New owners are responsible for picking up or arranging delivery services from our cattery to their new homes. You are welcome to arrange it with any of your trusted shipping/delivery companies.

From our experiences, delivery to your home by the transportation company can be expensive and sometimes it’s better if you drive or fly personally here.

If you are planning to fly here, call your favorite airline company and see all of their requirements to fly in the cabin or through cargo… In most cases we need to know all of their requirements minimum 2-3 weeks prior to the kitten’s departure. It involves scheduling final doctor visits, and/or updates on shots.

If you will be flying to our airport, to Pasco WA airport (same as Kennewick WA), and will be in a hurry to fly back, or don’t want to leave the airport, we could arrange a drop-off for your kitten with a $50 prepaid fee.

We are currently still looking for delivery/shipping companies that can be trusted and used for transportation for your kittens. We will update here once it is available…

How to check kittens Status on our Web:

· Available - kitten is available for purchase.

· Reviewing – kitten application is pending on approval.

· Reserved - deposit has been made for the kitten (waiting for kitten maturity or delivery arrangements)

· Sold - the entire amount has been paid for the kitten.
